Soooo razirune linked me this post about making muffins with ice cream the other day and today Nyriikos and I decided to try it out too!

The ingredients are simply ice cream and self rising flour. We used 3 different flavors of ice cream: Strawberry, Pumpkin, and Double Fudge Brownie yummmmmm :9

Basically, we mixed 1 pint of ice cream and 1.5 cups of self rising flour for each batch (gradually adding the flour as we mixed so we can control the consistency). The oven was pre-heated to 350°F and then lowered down 325°F after we put the muffins in. We let it bake for 15-20 min or until the top was golden-brown. It makes about 36 mini muffins.

IMO the pumpkin muffin tasted the best 8D <33 We are definitely going to be making these again sometime \o/

today i wore my purple wig and green contacts to school eue) though my professor thought it was my real hair even though she’s seen my normal hair like… every class before today lmao (my hair doesn’t even reach my collarbones lol)  i should have just told her i decided to grow my hair about 12 inches and dye in purple over the weekend… uh huh P:

then my mom wanted to wear one of my wigs just for fun so we took some pics xD

and for halloween, my family didn’t hand out candy but instead gave out bags of chips

idk why but i couldn’t stop laughing when i saw this
